The Individual and Family Services Center

The Individual and Family Services Center at We Care provides support to Rhea County residents who are in need of counseling services. The Center provides individual and family counseling. 

The professional counseling staff at We Care includes Dr. Walter Ring, a licensed psychologist and Dr. Mark Ofenloch, a licensed psychologist. The Individual and Family Services Center accepts most insurance, including Medicare and Tenncare. A doctor referral is required.
